STMMSG Scouts 16th & 23rd Sept
Monday 16th Sept – sees us back in St Mary’s Centre
We will be doing some work towards the Promise Challenge badge

Scouts were also asked to research about one famous steeple, tower or spire. After the trip up the spire and the follow up in planning with Rev Andrew Whitehead, this will work towards the Community Challenge badge

We will also be practising Knots and then trying to use them to build Tin can rafts
In addition over the next couple of weeks we will work towards the Membership award

At the end of the this Monday’s session will we invest new Scouts, and hopefully give out some badges.
More badges will be given out on the 30th Sept
Next week 23rd Sept we will be down at Crosshills, completing a Bat walk with Phil Dykes from the Lancashire Wildlife Trust. Meet 7pm in Hanson’s Car Park, obviously this will weather dependent.
